  • What is Hitched Co. 

    • We are a complete bartending event service operating out of a restored and custom-built 1951 Boles Aero trailer. 

  • What kind of events can you service? 

    • Any event! We specialize in creating unique and memorable cocktails and bar experiences, regardless of the setting. Rosie is available for events including: weddings, corporate events, backyard parties, charity events, specialty cocktail courses, tasting room experiences and more. If there’s a place to park our trailer, we can serve your bartending and beverage needs. 

  • Can I serve food on the trailer?

    • Rosie is primarily setup for drink service and not for food preparation or service. However, we’re happy to serve food, and work with your caterer in the planning and event logistics or provide recommendations for a caterer. 

  • What kind of insurance do you carry? 

    • Hitched Co. is fully insured with a general and liquor liability policy. Some venues will require liquor permits for the day of the event, and we’re happy to help you with acquiring these permits. 

  • Does Hitched Co. sell the alcohol? 

    • We do not purchase or sell alcohol for events. The event host will purchase the alcohol in advance and provide it to us prior to the event. During the event planning process, we will provide estimates of what we expect to need for each item that will be served.  

  • Where are you based and do you travel? 

    • We are based in the beautiful San Francisco bay area and yes, we travel! With the trailer, travel is easy and a welcome request from our clients. Travel outside of the San Francisco Bay area will be estimated and billed on a per-event basis, please inquire for an event and travel quote.  

  • What are your rates? 

    • While we’d like to give a quick and simple answer, each event is unique and so is our event estimate. Each event fee is based on location, types of beverages served, time at event, and anticipated number of people to be served. For example, an event pouring wine and beer varies from an event with custom cocktails in addition to wine and beer. We’d love to learn more about your specific event details and needs, and then provide a custom quote for you.  Rates typically begin at $1000. 

  • What about cancellations? 

    • Upon booking, we require a 50% deposit. We can issue refunds for cancellations, up to 60 days prior to your event. If there's a concern about rain, we're happy to assist you in figuring out what size of tent cover can be used in case of rain and depending on your needs, can provide recommendations of tent rental vendors.
